Piano is Where It Started for Me
It Started As a Present
I received piano lessons as a birthday present when I was eight years old. It became clear very soon after I started that the piano and I are made for each other. I began accompanying the school choir in the sixth grade and the church choir when I was in high school.
- My influences are Beethoven, Bach, Yanni, The Beatles, Elton John and Enya
- I like all types of literature except 20th century modernism and serialism
- Competed in piano contests during high school, winning numerous awards
- Active in accompanying and performing on the piano
